Polls can be manipulated very easily. If 90% of your sampling comes from calling rural Iowa, accuracy is thrown out the window. Same goes conversely when the majority of polling takes place in urban metropolis's.

I can't believe what I am reading on social media and on tv. The espn analysts for the nets game went on for 5 minutes regarding what they are supposed to tell their children now? WTF? All this talk of racism. I am sick of this ****. Dude on CNN just said Trump won because of racism and sexism. I guess Obama and Hilary had nothing to do with it. I don't like their policies. Racism claims are so convenient.

 

I find most people who are constantly "fighting racism" or are always talking about it tend to go to the extreme and end up being the racists themselves in the end. It ends up consuming them and they become the very thing they hate.

I never commented on any of the political threads. I keep that stuff to myself. I don't pay much attention to politics anyway.

But I think it's super sad the way people are acting. Whether you wanted trump to win or not, he won. Deal with it. There are protests going on in multiple cities. People are acting like it's the end of the world. Have faith in your country. Acting like a child because hillary lost ain't right. It'll just divide the country even more. One person won't completely change the country, it's not how our government works. If you think Trump becoming president is such a "terrible and disgusting" thing, then get the hell out.

 

I agree with this. The oddest thing about this election is that the working class are putting their hopes in a billionaire who sits atop a golden tower in Manhattan who hasn't done a day of manual labor in his life.
