Trevolution was permabanned today too. He wasn't given a reason why.

 

Does anybody else find it odd that none of the banned Swellie's accounts show them as "banned"? Seldom's and Trev's accounts still show them as active ("Senior Member", instead of "banned"), and occasionally show their "green light" as if they are currently online?

WTF is going on?

 

I noticed that too and thought it was unusual. But even though he can "Log In", seldom is indeed banned and cannot post or send/recieve PMs. If he attempts to post he gets a message stating he is in fact banned. It seems the only way to know if a member is actually banned these days is if one has contact with them outside of the phorumme.

Nothing is as it was around here anymore. We don't even have propre bannings these days yet the bannings continue at a phenomenal pace. This place has had its very heart and soul stripped from it by the abysmal and heavy handed moderating of late. I have been trying to remain optimistic that some form of reason might prevail and things could return to 'normal' here. I am close to abandonning that slim thread of hope as well. What's the point of a phorumme if there's nobody around to post in it?

Fvck it. There's some shiitty wind choppe around today. I'm gonna go to the beach and try to catch some. It will probably suck but not nearly as much as this place does. Peace. Out.

 

What's so funny/ironic about all of it is that the biggest whiners about having the site more closely moderated are gone now, disappeared the day after the elections.
