In the U.S., ads for tampons are usually over-saturated with women in white riding horses, running the hurdles, on bikes, or engaged in yoga and gymnastics. An apparent Russian ad for Tampax showed two women taking a swim at the beach when a shark jumps out of the water and eats one of the ladies whole. The tag line: "Now leak proof."

 

hahahahaha.....what is funny about that picture is that the shark has been photoshopped, attaching to it lateral fins of a humpback whale......

I know both of those guys- but right around 2008 I started surfing more in Avon since the sand bar at 3rd ave really wasn't working well... but that was my normal spot for many years. Kinda miss it - but I know it doesn't break like it used too...

i didnt have a specific board that I rode all the time- except around 2005 I had a sweet 9'6 longboard- really classic looking with red and white stripes. Other then that I had basic short boards and such that didn't really stand out. I did have a blue single short board that I rode often too...
