For New Year's I've decided to try to live a more healthy lyfestylee... Not quitting anything or joining another gym, just simply making healthier choices.

Since New Year's I've been sicker than sh!t, lost 5 pounds because of it and haven't been able to drink alcohol or eat any fatty foods...
Every cloud has a silver lining...

When people start eating a low fat diet after having eaten a higher saturated fat diet, they often go into a gall bladder crisis and end up losing the gall bladder to surgery. With a chronic high fat diet, the gall bladder had compensated for it by releasing more of its enzymes, perhaps bile if I recall correctly. Then, the sudden change to a healthier diet messes this up creating gallstones etc, resulting in the crisis and feeling very sick.

    No good deed goes unpunished.

How much does a gall bladder weigh? lol...

I wasn't previously eating an extremely unhealthy diet. I'm just trying to say to myself, "Do I need another helping? Do I need another drink? Instead of sitting around moping, why don't you go for a run?"

Kind of been in a funk and looking at positive ways to get out of it.

Sounds like a good plan. Is there a Missus CBScrewby in your life? That can go a long way toward improving life.

My resolution is to call out people who lie about waves, conditions and amount of time spent in the water as often as possible and spread hatred through out the inter web

I spent 48 hours in the water this morning it was chest high and I burned JJF like 5 times. Sprayed him with the buckets I threw.
