Just about any skateboarding move on the water would be progressive, but I've never seen anybody do a "fakey". Seems it might be difficult. There was a kneeboarder at Big Rock in the 70's that used to pull off barrel rolls regularly. If you've ever surfed there, you'd know how gnarly this is.
I was grabbing rail and going left in a decent one this winter and tried to evacuate before it closed. Got clipped by the lip when pulling out and it knocked me into "racecar" position. I guess its not a new move but one of those accidentally graceful moments
How about floater and then drop into the pocket and then barrel ride, instead of popping out in front of the lip like most floaters. I guess you'd have to some how be behind where the wave breaks but be travelling faster than the break to make it in front of the barrel.
I find this impressive.
