    I'm all for Micah and Austin and their teams working to make this place better, because there are certainly things that can be done to improve things in general but more than anything every member can do their part and post things that they want to see, rather than sitting back waiting for good content to be posted. There's a handful of regulars who keep the content flowing but if others would join in it would drown out the lower quality content by having ample threads of quality material. The complainers just need to stop complaining and channel that energy into posting threads that embodies what they think is quality content. If everybody did that, this place would be changed almost immediately.

    Due to, for seemingly countless years, having had to protect hoards of people, as well as having seen so many individual's lives completely destroyed, lost, simply because they failed to pay attention, and/or believed such could never happen to them. When all communications go down, and they do, you may very well benefit from a battery powered NOAA Weather Radio (wise to have at least one back-up radio, in the event there is an issue with one). Hope that reply helps you or others one day, if necessary.

    PS. Your access to the www can be lost, as well, and for an extremely long time...
