I've contacted the U.S. Patent Office, Dept. of Wetsuittes and have submitted, in joint co-operation with Roy Stuart, the Bleff V-17 model aerodynamic wetsuitte zipper leash prototype, with a male Velcro patch on the tip (of course), and a female Velcro patch placed on the rear hip region of the wettsuitte, so the zipper leash may be properly secured while surf boarting, thus almost mathematically eliminating the uncommon occurrence of Pop Up Interuptus (PUI syndrome). Thank you all, for your continued support as I fight against this scourge.
Saturday I got out in nice clean surf, chest high plus, and tried the toe drag, but not really. I just stood up slower, on a wave that needed more horintal than vertical drop, and was breaking slow, and it worked really nice, eliminated the initial stall on a pop up. If it gets steep, a fast pop up is a good pop up, but absolutely, matching the wave's energy is what surfing is aboot. Thanks G-bean!!!!
