    Wax patterns are ghey. As are leashes tied around the fins after surfing, ghey. Ms Palmers, well that's some good aussie sht

    Seattleites remove their fins and leashes after every surf, swear to Wayne.

    Many take their boardbags to the water...sometimes with 2 or more boards. From the parking lot.

    About 10 minutes. 1/4 bar of bass, 1/2 a bar of cool.

    Draw lines up
    Draw lines down
    Nose to tail, rail to rail
    No circular motions, don't press to hard.
    One you start getting the bass down
    You switch to top coat and add some treble

    Takes longer to scrape it off than put in on.

    Sel, I'm off the matunas. I have backslided, back on StickyBumps for life.

    Can't say I prefer the taste

    I had a smaller 2+1 for years and it was/is my all time favorite longboard

    This board does not disappoint.

    Got her Tuesday.
    Had to clean up kook giant smear wax job Wed afternoon
    Threw in a 10" surfy surfy alpha (big-boy foiled greenough 4A, with a slightly wider base)
    Tooker out Thurs evening. Got to beach at 1630, in water at 1640, out of water 1657 to pick up my kid.
    Water was 59° air 72°, waves 2-3' w/ a 2-3'@13sSSW an reinforcing WNW at 1@7'
    No wind. Tide was about a foot and half and coming in
    Caught 5 waves and they were all really fun.
    Very responsive when you dig that back foot in with that thin tail, was very easy to make fast turns and cutback
    Not as much lift or hold back there as a traditional noserider, but it's still not a HPLB
    Easy slip-slide, hip wiggle stuff in the middle of the board
    Super stable up on the front 18 with the big concave, but was hard to lock into the curl. And I ate a lip when I thought was clever and would switch going backside. I don't know why I ever try that going left. Never works for me. Think it would be better with a pivot or el gato fin; but I wanted the maneuverability cause the waves were kinda hollow and racey with low tide

    Same swell this morning, only now there's a WSA comp taking up half the beach. I got an hour and half, the air was 60°, and the tide was about 5' or so and incoming. Lost wave count

    Great board, although I might add some futures boxes for side bites

    I put my flying manta in the car for after work though. Hard to fit a LB in the front seat of a hatchback

    you want to meet me to fight huh????? dont let me forget get my dive knife..im so serious i really have a drive knife its every tactical when traveling in sketch parts of the third world going though the slums at times you never know better safe than sorry. i know the state department says to not resist but some people are ruthless and will shoot you for fun in el salvador so in reguards to that a knife to the neck is necessary. oh yeah bouys i keep it with a bit of rust i want them to get infected if they even try and front. Im heading to the beach now whos gonna come and fight? im cutting leashes,tires and skin maybe cut your hair for free if you buy me a beer before we duel with dive kinivezzz ...we be cutting everyone.

    I'm actually using a shoe string to hold my leash on my new board right now.

    I couldn't get the leash string off of any of my other boards, and while I had the extra leash, I didn't have a string.

    Got to Cape Cod and realized I had no way to secure the leash to the board for its first surf, so I took the string out of my shoe and tied it on with that. Chewed/broke it smaller. I had intended to replace it at some point, but hell it's working so forgetaboutit. I reckon I'm due for an ass-beating on the beach, though. It looks like hell.

    I had to use my ukulele string one time. Took the best beating of my life for that. I thought he was going to kill me, but instead, he scarred me for life, and let me live in shame. This was a great man.
