    Herro, Fresh Grommie here :rolleyes:. Heres some stoof y'all should know since i was insisted on creating a "Herro Threade".

    Recently got into surfing probably two months now? Living on the West coast of FL (Bradenton) has its **** fests though, so ive only gone out a solid 5 times so far and have been able to at least ride waves since the second session with pretty good luck?!?!?!?.(Skill fo sho)

    Got into surfing after breaking too many bones from racing motocross over the past 11 years of my long ass 19 years on this earth?!?!? Most my buddies who used to race surfed a lot so i decided to give it a try and ended up learning the rights from wrongs to start with so my Grom a$$ doesnt look like too much of a Kook when surfing. been surfing for a little over 5 sessions now. First wave was on a 8' foamy a month or so ago in west Florida south Venice jetty in about 4'-5' clean swell waves. After that went to cocoa beach four weeks ago for some clean 5+' swell where I started to learn how to turn on the foamy. Ordered a surfboard after that weekend (6' 8" retro fish) from savage surfboards. Got the board two weeks ago. Have managed to use it once now and didn't do so bad? Some photographer managed to want to shoot me on waves and so i got some images for yall lol.

    Board looks dope, stick with it and you'll be doing cutbacks of the froth in no time (a year or so).

    Cool of you to post pics of you surfing. If you really have only surfed 5 times you are doing PHENOMENAL. Stand up a little straighter thought would ye?

    whats up with all these motocross -> surf transitions? how does that work? its like "yeah i used to be gay but im into chicks now". you're going from a fuel - type propulsion sport into something that is organic and natural, i bet you wanna shred the gnar or you're not brad enough or something

    dont care regardless. good luck with a foamie on 5+' swell, hope it's 5 @ 22 for ya.

    about steezy whatever - are you low key spock beefing, sounds like trying too hard, which againe, is good for motocross, not so much if you're into chicks. ask anybody.

You may even get to meet the now internet famous Rob Kelly. You can get a slice of Manco and Manco and Manco's Pizza. You can go to the Boardwalk Mall and buy cool posters that you can stare at whilst you are stoned. You can play mini-golf with a singing Gorilla. All this and more will be available to you in two short months! Act now! Book your stay in wonderful Ocean City!
    But Never, ever go to Sea Isle. Nothing but piss-pant drunks, Brian Heritage and weirdos.

    Thanks for the tips man, that is one thing i noticed after seeing the images, i definitely need to work on my stance.
    Thanks! Not a troll i swear lmao. But yea i stood up on my second day of surfing(which was in Venice beach south jetty 4'-5') My first day i was surfing(not really didnt stand up) bradenton beach and the waves were way to choppy for a novice to ride imo.
