Yeah no doubt he's the best Swellie photographer. Bummed about no pix during the last session, but when the swell is cranking he's gonna get a free pass every time. Hey who is that M2M guy, McCarthy or something. That guy is bada$$ too.
Yea Kidde, 2M. He was the premier East Coast surf photographer (RIP). He was on every swell, every angle, and any season!
Beat me to it. My GF. She's the only one that takes pictures of me. But on a serious note, she's actually good at it. She knows enough about surfing to anticipate a surfers actions and knows a good wave from a dud. My pops is petty good too. He has a sick setup that he uses for auto races (my GF uses his old setup which is still pretty good). He can get good shots but he's to busy taking good photos of birds and other random sh!t that he always misses the good waves
If we're just talking surf photography maybe Ben Thouard? For local stuff Matt Lusk and One Shut Eye has some really amazing underwater and 50/50 shots (http://www.oneshuteye.com/buy-print?id=22) Some of the best and most amazing photography I've seen on the internet period is at....https://www.flickr.com/groups/onthestreet/pool/ I can go through and look at these for hours at the time. Really amazing stuff!!!
