I am posting on my client's Swellinfo account as I am not lowering myself to create a new account. Plus, I wouldn't be able to create a cute moniker attractive to this demographic.

I am Frank G. Raso, esquire, and I am considering possible litigation concerning my client's claims of defamation and slander.

It is my understanding - and I have performed an initial, cursory investigation - that you claim my client, Takako Patterson, aka Paddington Jetty Bear, began an ongoing conflict with yourself, actori incumbit onus probatio fellatio. After my investigation I found this to be untrue. The verbal jousting began after a certain member whom refers to himself as "Thankfulsaurus" began making supposed derogatory towards my client. You subsequently joined the dialogue.

Actually, my client never made any insulting comments towards you in the past few days. Also, in past episodes of sexual conflict, you have been the instigator, whether, or weather, you mistook my client's intents or completely missed the message, ad quod damnum.

Calling my client a "psycho druggie" on a surf predicting website message board is both slanderous and defaming. Do you have any proof of this alleged drug use? Do you have any credible psychiatric professionals willing to testify aboot my client's mental health state? If you do not have solid evidence of such claims, I suggest you cease and desist in making such comments. Habeus Corpus Christi.

You also claim that my client is stalking you. What evidence do you have corroborating such an accusation? You spoke, on a public surf predicting website message board, that you have property in Ocean Shores. It is not a crime for my client to have a good memory, which also goes to refute your claim of my client having mental health problems and severe drug problems. The only thing my client has done to indicate a more intimate knowledge of you, Kidde Rocque,(off the record, God you people are nuts) was referring to you as, "Ray."

Since you deny this being your name, no evidence exists of my client stalking you. My client is not involved in international espionage so I sincerely doubt he is collecting intelligence on you or any other member of this community. Besides Thankfulsaurus, of course, which any court of law would fully understand, due to his actus reus.

(Off the record: What are you a chick or something? Why would my client stalk you? This is the strangest case I've ever dealt with, and my practice is located in Hammonton NJ. I already detest most of the people on here, not that I ever much cared for surfers. I think I'll vacation in the mountains this summer, staying as far away from surfers as possible.)

Furthermore, calling my client a "loser" is ambiguous at best. What constitutes a "winner" or a "loser?" My client never played the game so it is impossible for him to win or lose. He's more Jesus-like than Wayne, sans pedophilia, especially if one factors Wayne's old life in New Jersey.

Your vanity has caused a severe lack of reason and a possible dissonance from reality. As stated above, there exists no evidence of any alleged stalking activities at the behest of my client. Though he is kind of strange, I doubt my client spends much time thinking of you.

My client is willing to settle for $72.00, an ounce of Humboldt's finest, two gallons of Kasser's Premium Vodka, and a public forum apology.

I've noticed this from Billy over the years. It's his thing. He will talk smack and all that. But he has pretended to have personal info on a few people. He did it to MIS/stank/thank. I think its just a scare tactic. Of course you or anyone else wouldn't want to chance it with family and all like you mentioned. Who really knows what he knows. But I'm just saying, i think your good.

I know some people get up tight about reporting on here. Whatever. But reporting someone who is making threats and claiming to know names and where people live...... that should never be frowned upon. Whether it's true or not.
