In all due respect I invite you watch this short video because you seem genuine enough of a supporter to stand up against the plights of minorities.
In that being said I think you are off base with the true message behind BLM as demonstrated by the leader of BLM's UK chapter as is shown at the 3:11 mark.
This is the head of BLM in the UK, not some insubordinate member latching onto the brand for their own personal cause.

Fact is that BLM, like so many other good causes is highly imperfect. My initial statement was that I supported the core values of BLM, not that I support everything anyone has ever done in it's name. Regardless, this is going nowhere, and I have actual life things to contend with.

I've learned my lesson about my own inability to walk away from an argument, regardless of how impossible an outcome is, so after one more response to the guy who thinks he knows more about bikes than I do, I'm done posting on swell info and reading the forms. I can't stand the hate filled rhetoric BLM preaches but citing crime rates in the black community isn't really a good argument... there are other groups whose focus is gang violence and other black on black on black crimes. Just because BLM focuses on cop on black violence doesn't men they have to focus on all black crime.
AIDS awareness groups don't get sh!t from people for not focusing on cancer too do they? No. Because you don't need try and solve all issues and can focus on one.

Thanks for looking out for my well being, but if I'm putting on tons of highway miles, I'm gonna go for something with a bit more wind protection than a klr. The beauty of an inline 4 is that most people know how to work on them, and more importantly, so do I. Also, the waves in Montana, Idaho and Nebraska kind of suck, so it's pretty unlikely I'll find myself there and stranded. But I'd be hard-pressed to describe you as either "moderate" or "slightly right of center". And the fact of the matter is, the country would be a bit more peaceful if there were less antagonism from the extreme sides of each aisle.

I've viewed some of your videos and links. That is some pretty extreme stuff dude. Some of it is very intriguing and some have sad and shocking truths, none of which the left will never own of course. I am equally disturbed about real, relevant news that is often not covered by the MSM unless it somehow gets leaked...obviously because it doesn't fit their narrative. But more often than not, the sources you reference to back your claims are in reality no better or worse than the WaPo, NYT, CNN or MSNBC liberal fishwraps.

If you can read both the Washington Post and the Washington Times and fail to see the political slant in either, then you need to reassess your beliefs in your "independent thinking".
