I had a dream I was on the lobster boat getting sea sick, woke up, ran to the bathroom and puked. ****ty thing was I had to wake up an hour later and go to the docks.

JD, where does one get this appliance/device? Seriously. DP, also, same question.

I'm so tired of being exhausted all the time. No pun intended.

I hope so, the quicker I pass the quicker I can smoke! It's legal now In mass. Maybe things will change. Can't wait to go to my first shop and buy some strong gummy bears and some kick ass strain! Good luck with that dream, doesn't sound fun.

He went to a dentist who specializes in dental transformation (including mouth guard for sleep apnea.)

Looks like it might also work for those who clench and grind their teeth while sleeping... although more expensive than the $20 night guard at Walgreens.

Yeah, she grinds her teeth and snores, and it helped stop both of them. She got the cheaper one you're mentioning actually. It didn't last too long though.

I don't when the last time you tried cpap but the masks have gotten a lot smaller, softer and easier to deal with (I sell them)
I personally would have trouble sleeping with anything on my face, but they have improved a lot over the last couple of years. If you want to try a couple let me Know and I can send you samples

My wife has lobbied me to get my snoring fixed in the past, she says now it is better since I quit drinking rum and coke and went to much lower volumes of whiskey and water. Booze can act as a stimulant, so along with all the sugar it was no good.

I remember when I had to quit the jah for a few days of travel, my dreams were more intense, or maybe I could remember them better. Lately I have been trying to communicate with my subconscious mind with intention mixed with emotion and faith to give it a positive charge, in order to receive instructions from the Infinite Intelligence. So far I've had limited results, but if any break thru occurs, ya'll will be the first to know. Until then,

    Sweet Dreams!!!

Yank - the cap I use just fits under the nose. I hated the mask thing too. This one is way less intrusive.

You will definitely notice a difference in feeling way more rested.

I'll put up a pic if you want.

Youse guys are tremendous - - seriously.

So, nynj & TLo - - the MIG pilot mask didn't work out for me, as noted. Got fitted for it, although it seemed cursory factory med at best. I'd fall asleep with it on, waking up to it either clamping on my radiator grille or ripping it off cause it felt creepy as fark. The longest I kept it on was maybe 3 hrs, in which time the technology recorded over 10 'events' where I supposedly stopped breathing. I know: not good.

Before the MIG mask, I tried the half-face thing where it sits in the nostrils. Couldn't get used to it. Is that what you utilize, T? And how long did it take to get used to? Maybe I should try that again.

nynj, this was over a year ago that I returned the full mask. Things have improved with the technology...? Incredibly generous offer, btw, thank you much. What are your thoughts on the ApneaRX device, worth a shot?
