So they made up his history of going bankrupt? And Trump University was actually super successful but the MSM is spinning fake news saying it was a disaster? Is that what you are implying?

Don't know where you pulled that from but I never said those things. You're just looking for a debate. This particular talking point has been played out and is irrelevant to the discussion. I just don't have the patience for it anymore, nothing personal, it's just annoying at this point.

He got a $1million head start in the 60's, which is about $6.7 million in today's dollars. Sure helps to start with some money. Also, he may have made a bunch of money (may have he won't substantiate that by producing taxes) but he left a wake of lawsuits behind so he screwed a lot of people to get where he is. Not the kind of human I want to associate with let alone lead my country. Also anyone who says "trust me" or "believe me" before they speak is ****ing lying in my experience. Just think about your experience with used car salesmen.

DP, we'll still shred, but we won't watch fox and friends together when we're done. I prefer to stick to beers and nuggets. You're still my friend even when you are wrong. :)

I understand where you are coming from. It is just as annoying from my POV to hear how great of a businessman he is...

Yeah we'll shred it up. But just because you say i'm wrong doesn't make it so. I would rather not talk politics with you actually, we're friends and would like to remain friends. HAHA

If that's your definition of success than you have a long way to go. Maybe I should have said compared bank balances. You got a personal jet with your name on the side? Got some of the most lavish hotels all over the world with your name on it? Didn't think so. Successful business people have failures along the way, it's called being an entrepreneur. Winners try lots of different things, some succeed, some fail, but in the end, they learn from failures and go on to succeed. Being a stakeholder in a restaurant chain doesn't hold a candle to what this guy has done. Not putting you down, you're probably doing ok, but let's be real man. You're on SI chatting with me, while he's the President of the United States. End of story.

I see Kyle's and Sup's points regarding good business.
Sup- if your loaded, you're good at business, regardless of what you did to fill your bank account.
Kyle- if you're good at business you wouldn't have claimed bankruptcy 4 times, and preyed on innocent people with abominations like Trump University.

I love the whole bankruptcy thing. "I have my millions of dollars, but I can't pay back the millions I borrowed" "Sorry" "we're good now right?" How does that work? X4

Never said he wasn't pushing a particular narrative. But sh!t brah all fingers point to the DNC and Wass Shultz threatening the top brass was almost like an admission of guilt. Really doesn't take much effort to push that narrative.

Ever wonder why no other cable news network even muttered the word Seth except Hannity. And he gets a sh!tstorm with adverts pulling $$$ and CNN of all networks calling Fox fake news?
Ever wonder why Roger Ailes is gone or O'Reilly when he had good ratings?
Sex Scandals. They had skeletons and when the time was right it comes out.
They tried with Hannity and failed. Yes he said all those things and he means it. He didn't retract the story Fox did. The clamps are tightening and you never know why he doesn't say anything. People die over this kind of stuff.
Have you looked further into the Seth Rich case? Have you wondered why no other network is covering the elephant in the room? And now neither is Fox.
Look around. Fox isn't the only ones having advert $$$ pulled for saying something. YouTube for one. FaceBook. Twitter. Google. They all have been caught or forced to no longer let certain parties use adverts to fund themselves to further push a message.
Kyle. Dude. Brah. There's a civil war going on.

This is what I think most people don't seem to understand yet. It hasn't quite hit hard enough for some people yet to recognize it.

My point to Kyle on business and success is this. When you have a bunch of different businesses some are bound to fail. He knows that. Any entrepreneur know that. People who make it big, usually have a long list of failures that they had to overcome. Winners take those lessons and turn them into victories in other avenues. When a business entity goes under / bankrupt, it doesn't mean your entire life is bankrupt, it just means that business is.

I didn't come from inherited wealth, my pops isn't worth 300 million and I didn't his inherit a rental company to get my start (Elizabeth Trump & Son Co.)...Nor have I been able to just walk away from my debts 4 times. I am sure if DT had to pay all the bills he walked away from he might not be in such a comfortable position. I know he is in a much better position than myself at this moment; however, he had A LOT more to start with and I think that combined with the fact he has just walked away from his debts multiple times diminishes my view of his business acumen. Let's just agree to disagree on this one DP.
