We don't know what would have happened without ACA. We do know the exchanges are failing. We also know the benefits relative to cost are less (I.e. Higher out of pocket cost to insured). Lastly, UHC had record profits in 15'. It was not due to exchanges, it's due to aforementioned lack of benefits relative to rising premiums.

Yea MIS gets it. Some people are driven by the almighty dollar. I can tell you after living on the rock for a decade making $50-60k and surfing,mountain biking, golfing, etc., and now living back east for a decade making more money than ever, I do miss the life I was living and plan to get back to it asap. That happiness can't be quantified in dollars in my opinion. Anyone that is concerned about how much money another man (or women...sorry Betty) is making really needs to take a look in the mirror and ask, am I Happy?
