    Women are completely banned from doing step-offs, even when its less than thigh high.

    My theory is she was sun-bathing topless and someone misunderstood the new OCMD ordinance that requires you to "cover them up". Someome - possibly a City adnim - took it literally and buried her.

    I've heard about people digging big holes and not filling them in then later someone falls in and the sides collapse and the person is buried. It'd be tough for some drunk girl, or anyone else, to dig her way outta that.

    See OC is so F'ed up. Remember the girl with 10 babies buried in her back yard. The cigarette smugglers, every kind of dumb scam artist. Bank robbers who are retarded. The booms in the winter. Transients run ramped like zombies. Vacationers from the tri city area and every dumb hick from PA flock like seagulls to the shore. I feel like I live in a Carnival.

    OC is a city of cheap tricks with the main attraction being the beach
