What you doing down there for work?! That's sweet man...

What was wrong with the last boat trip... the dudes running it or the others you went with?

I'll try and find which boat we took about 2 years ago, dudes were awesome and chill as hell.

cool let me know if you can remember thanks. the last trip was full of bros that thought they ripped and kept dropping in on each other. The guy running the boat was cool tho, he told me not to do their trips anymore bc the places they drop fliers are all touristy, and i cant rememebr the one he told me to take

If you head out of Liberia Airport look for signs for Play Del Coco. This is the fishing port where most boats head out to Witches Rock and Ollies. Usually, you head to Witches first in the morning and then Ollies in the afternoon. They will pack you lunch...but wear lots of sunscreen on the boat...it will be brutal with the mid-day sun. If you cannot make it to Play Del Coco, just go straight into Tamarindo. Go to the Tamarindo surf shop and they book the trip for you directly....they do a really good job actually. Tamarindo Surf shop in Tamarindo, but you have to make a left before you actually head into the main downtown area. THere are no road signs...just look for signs to the Barcelo Hotel and it will be on the left at the top of the hill. I have been there like 15 times and those guys seem to be the best. Hope this helps bud...have a blast. Stay away from the hookers...they will rob you blind.

When will you be in town? I'll be there starting Dec 3rd. I'd be up for getting a boat there, but I'll be in Tamarindo.

my friend has a place i will come visit occasionally now, at coco. tamarindo you can take the witch's rock or there are a few other shuttles to coco and then you can take the boats to ollies/witches. also langosta and nosara are south of tamarindo and good... tamarandos not as mellow as it used to be
