Hey I have been surfing @ second beach in Middletown, RI for since I moved to R.I. 10 years ago. Its a well known spot and it gets really good as most of you would know because you probably surf here too! I have always thought about 1 or 2 stadium lights on the beach and getting everyone that consistently surfs there to put down 100$ or less if you cant afford that. Think about how much fun that would be. I am sure you would have to go through a few issues with the cops and the town, but I am sure it is possible. Let me know what everyone thinks!
there are some pros and cons. a pro is obvisouly more surfing. con, cops, people getting pissed. its a great idea but the locaL SURFers might not like it
