    Flhurricane.com:

18Z for Maria: Seems to be starting out too far north from the get go.

Over Guadalope, cat 2 hurricane Tuesday morning. IOver St. Kits Cat 2/3 Late Tuesday night. Over St. Croix Wednesday morning, cat 3. Over Vieques later that morning, Landfall southeast Puerto Rico midday Wednesday, Cat 3. Exiting NW Puero Rico as a cat to Thursday morning. Clips the eastern tip of the Dominican Republic later thursday morning, then stays north of the island. Cat 3 over Turks and Caicos Friday night.

It then moves north and is east of NC on Sep 26, a god deal east, with Jose still around to its east, the GFS gets a bit weird past the Bahamas, so not sure if it should even be taken seriously. No other landfalls."

"Recon has found that Maria is now a Hurricane. Conditions are alarmingly favorable that the cyclone could be or will soon be undergoing Rapid Intensification, and it is likely that Maria will be yet another very serious Major while on a trajectory that could take it directly over several of the islands recently impacted to greater or lesser degrees by Irma."

I'm confused. How come Maria is hitting us before Lee? Did she just jump the line, going all rude mama cita on poor little Lee Lee? WTF?

Maybe Maria formed later but locally compared to Lee

Was not sure since we were all preoccupied with Irma

Maria does not look good for the Leeward Isles.
How far down does the rubble need to be blown??

Lee is deflating due to hitting dry air.

"Maria is now a compact and violent 130 MPH Cat IV Major - still intensifying - with her center closing in on Dominica. With Maria's continued dramatic strengthening and very supportive conditions for additional strengthening ahead, it is becoming likely that Maria impacts - possibly directly - the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico as a very high-end Major - possibly even a high-end Five. Getting ready all day tomorrow. Been practicing lately with Irma, etc.
This could be bad. Right in the cross hairs.
Might lose internet but will update if possible.

CNN is reporting this is due to "global warming".

Global warming global climate change Call It Whatever you will the earth goes through Cycles which we cant interpret because science hasn't been around long enough to completely figured them out.. for example look at deserts they used to be Forest at one point. If people can't grasp that concept they should probably kill themselves now. Wait I mean don't do that because we're not allowed to say that anymore right? # censorship.

Of the island in the Caribbean, PR is the one that can best survive a Cat 5.
Best of luck to my first home!!
