I've thrown myself out a couple bars this summer - preemptive first strike. That'll teach em. One old crusty waiter at a local hangout, I usually just go to the bar, tacked on a 18% gratuity on our table without saying, I went ballistic at him, went to the manager, went ballistic - said loudly "this is bull****" like five times, lucky they didn't tase me bro.
