they are deeper than I ever remember, about 4ft+ at low tide.... they could swallow a small child easily, makes for some interesting wave breaks at various tides though
NOAA forecast models would have more cred if they did actual sand reconne. They're too busy playing with chickens and rocks.
no way shes the forecast queen we just get a bit excited down here in chuck when the wind changes direction..normally a steady dose of SE winds all summer any north northeast or westerly component gives us some decent form to our waves
Sure is getting cold here. Two nights ago, I needed to sleep with the window open, it was getting pretty stuffy in here. Now, I need to put the heat on, I came home to a pretty chilly house this morning. It's been quite a warm October, as well as September.
