I Love Super hero movies especially Marvel, I havnt seen it yet but i think Social Media and the news is ruining the experience of Black Panther for me, Im gonna see it soon though

I agree on you with the movie industry; but, I'd argue TV (aside from reality TV) is the best it's ever been. The stuff Netflix and HBO is doing is better than anything on TV in years imho.

 

I use to pay for both HBO and Netflix but burned them both out, ran out of stuff to watch and tired of paying for the same ole crap I had already seen and not enough new content was coming out that kept my interest.

When Netflix raised their rates years ago when they split their plan to charge for streaming separately I threw in the towel. I’m sure new stuff has come out that is “good” but at this point I’d rather pick up a good book or something else. Maybe that will change, but not likely.

If we watch a movie, we usually get it from Redbox, like last night, watched Daddy’s Home 2 with my wife, she picked it up after work, it was ok, intentionally corny, but had funny moments. But yeah, mostly not good.

I agree with you. I can see where DP is coming from saying not enough good stuff coming out regularly. Because I'm in the dark about all that stuff. But my fiance is on top of it. We constantly have 2 or 3 good shows going on at once. I believe we get HBO and Showtime for free. Roku stick thing.

Westworld, ozark (metard suggested that one on here), some other one called OA or something, Mr. Robot, channel zero, the night of, vice principals (pretty damn funny. It's a sleeper), true detective, peaky blinders, and a bunch others i can't remember the name of.

Oh also animal kingdom is awesome. Highly suggest it off you liked sons of anarchy. It's better IMO. And it's an old one, but John from Cincinnati. Pretty cool older HBO show. Gots surfing in it.
