Still hanging in there, it’s not the same as it once was, but then againe, not much is. There’s still a core group of regulars keeping it alive though!

what ever happened to Yankee?

 

He was permabanned by Austin a while back and the mods won’t lift the ban. He says he threw in the towel on getting back on here but he sends his regards to everybody.

 

That really is a shame. Out of all the permabans handed out, I felt like Yankee was the least warranted.

We often disagreed and I liked to push his buttons, but it was always civil.

It was a personal thing. Yankee gave Austin a hard time about his very public divorce that HE himself posted about on the forum. Dumb move and Yankee had a little fun with it and he took it personal like a little baby and used what little power he had in this world to ban one of the staples of this forum. To make matters worse Simod (Hannah) has always had a problem with him too and continues to enforce the ban.

Attention Micah, please let our friend Yankee back on the forum. Most of the members would be very happy and appreciative of this action if you were to allow it to happen.

I have no idea what is referred to as "the old days", but one thing is for sure - I have been here way too long.
And you can either thank or blame the "scantily clad" thread for that.
