I'm just amazed that Matt only posted twice on this thread thus far. Way to go Matt!

 

Sorry it was a long busy night at work . I had a few loose ends at the shop I needed to take care of before the holiday.

I appreciate and the kind and contstuctive words from you all. Its kool to know that ones stoke and make others stoked.

Its ashame that there are some that post here and dont really contribute to the forum but rather start drama. But I feel that we have alot of good people and the forum and not just here in the Mid Atlantic section but the whole forum .

Hey if anyone is ever gonna be in Cape May or OCNJ let me know when I i'll be there.

hey matt wanna meet up at the next swell..ive been surfn in l island 15 yrs,and dont know any of the surf breaks dowwn here

sorry also i used to compete when i was younger but the far this south i ever went was lbi-states-oc and cape may 3 or 4 times during noreasters but dont known spots like avlon stone harbor or the others are worth it or am i better off going to lbi seaside bayhead ect thanks just moved downhere from long island and just had double hip replacements and havent surfed in 4 yrs because of health so iam going to give it a try if not ill get into taking pics but should be good been surfing for long time and got a lot of traveling under my belt so thanks i am not asking for name spots just want to know if any of the places are worth it or go upnorth alright thanks

 

Most of those places you just named will work differently on a given swell/wind.

Haha... JK. Looks like swell for Saturday or Sunday. I will be landlocked in Missourri... In LAWS... As far as one can be from an ocean within the continental US.

 

All of them towns you named have great surf . Knowing what swell direction and wind direction is critical. Tide direction is also a key factor as well. Yeah next swell I will be out looks like we might get something this weekend. where I will go will depend on the wind and swell direction. I kinda dont go any far north than OC cause my wife is pregnant and she can have the baby anytime now
