    Nobody was on the boat. It was anchored. The line snapped via rogue set of 20', per the photographer.

    I can’t find it, but I saw a picture of Luke Davis on that wave. Must have been 30’ and a top to bottom barrel. Biggest I’ve ever seen. If you can find it, post it.

    Whoever “anchored” that boat should be castrated so as not to pollute the gene pool. Better watch out for that boat on bottom turns now bahahahaha

    video of surfing on the same swell as boat wreck. I've never seen Nias look so raw and doubling up. How the guy dropping in at 2:29 makes that wave after looking so off balance on the drop is beyond me.
