If photos of my family's former slaves weren't packed away, I would post them, just so that you could see the smiles on their faces. They are very cool photos, and when I finish unboxing things, I will try to remember to post them.

All Americans have the freedom to raise their children with good values, and work ethic, so they can go on to be whatever their individual heart’s desire. There is no doubt that grinding out of poverty and breaking generational chain is tough but it is available to all who desire to do so.

For those who have no desire and continue to live a certain way, that chain will be very difficult to break. If kids are raised to pursue government assistance, then they will likely “raise” their kids to do the same.

If a certain group enables this practice then they are only exacerbating the problem. It seems this trend will continue.
