If it was half as obvious as you say it is then some republican federal district/judge would bring up charges.

 

You can’t be serious. The part of the plea that involved Trump was not a crime and is made up. What they had on him aside from that was the crimes he could have done time for. He plead to a fabricated plea to avoid doing time for the other shit. Get it???

That was my point. There was never enough to charge Hilary, just like there will most likely never be enough to charge Trump. These people are surrounded by fall guys and well versed in plausible deniability. Doesn't change the the fact they are both dirty as hell.

 

The part about Donald Trump directing Cohen to make payments to two women for the principal purpose of influencing an election. That is a bogus charge.

Plus, there is nothing illegal about paying someone for a non-disclosure agreement or for buying the rights to a story in a tabloid. Trump also maintains that those payments were not made with campaign funds.

There was no judge, no jury, and no adjudication of this made up crime. It was a plea deal. Most people when put in that situation would have signed it to be free and not in prison forever.
