Okay, so last Friday about the same time both of my regular surf related apps stopped functioning. Am I the only one?

I have iphone 6 and run 10.3.3 (not OS 12 or whatever), and do not recall updating apps.

Basically, Surfline is good until I try to open an spot in favorites and SI just shuts down as soon as it opens. I would prefer not to update OS. I tried reinstalling Surfline- no success.

SI, I have not tried anything but figured once I delete it, I will have to buy it all over (yay!).

    Thanks.

SI was down at 6PM Eastern Time, web and app. I know this because I was waiting for the 6PM update to plan where to go for the weekend.

I'm thinking it's more like Apple trying to nuke my phone so I can go out and buy a new one. Turns out they can't sell enough $1000 iPhones, now they have a cheaper new one.
Come to think of it, my first iPhone was the best one- had youtube and google maps!preloded..that was before jerk offs in silicone valley (who probably all surf now that kiting is old news) got even more greedy and complicated stuff.

I just found interesting it was both Si and surfline at the same time.

Hey, anyone encountering issues with the app, please delete, and re-install. The issues we encountered last Friday seemed to crash some apps. Once re-installed, it should work fine. Sorry for the hassle.

Additionally, I recommend, using the mobile website, now that it has been made mobile friendly with the redesign. You can save the mobile website app to your your home screen for easy access. With the mobile website app, you will get access to timeline graph, maps, etc.

I guess it wasn't Apple empire after all..

Okay, good deal... Do you prefer the iOS app, over the mobile website app? I always look at the surf graph, and maps, so that is why I prefer the mobile web app.

Sweet, added a shortcut to the mobile site to my phone. Love the access to the graph, and the dragging the timepoint.

I do like the swipe feature in the app, where you can quickly flip through a certain day's reports for your saved locations, so I won't be completely dropping that.
