hit up the slopes! Another reason to love winter. Surf when it's good and snowboard when it's flat.

Sup guys! I'm new to this forum, but use the Swell Info app on my phone religiously and love it.

We were in Rincon, PR last week from Saturday to Saturday and it was amazing. 80 degree water, and the first two days the waves were 15-20' at Tres Palmas, Domes, and Sandy Beach. I didn't paddle out, but we got some great video of guys tow-in surfing. The rest of the time, we surfed 6-8' waves daily, all up and down the Aguadilla-Rincon coast. It was our first time down there, but we are already planning to go back at the end of February. Flights were $300 round trip, and everything is so cheap there. My advise, leave your board at home as our luggage was lost and the locals at the airport on island time really couldn't care if I surfed or not, but ended up renting a NICE local shaped shortboard for $50 for the whole week.

The locals were nice, but breaks definitely get crowded fast. We had the best fresh fish I ever ate watching world class surf. All in all, it was an amazing trip.
