While not a"full-on" Trump supporter (some things yes, other things, no. But he should STFU), if the report proved his guilt, I would congratulate him for upending the Democrats plan, and beating them to their goal of globalization. The only reason he is being hounded by them, is because he beat Hillary to it. Trump hit the "re-set" button before that bitch could.

What DJT did/didn't do is one thing and I'm not sure we'll ever really know. I don't think his base will be swayed regardless of what comes out. Same for his opposition. It could come out that he did nothing wrong in his entire life and they'd still say he was guilty.

That being said. I do have a problem with a scumbag lawyer recording conversations and using it against his client. That is some dirty sh!t... There is nothing worse than a rat that was in on something and then rats on his "friends" when it blows up in his face.
But the rat being your lawyer seems worse

Russia didn't interfere in the election.

OK, they interfered, but there were no contacts between Russia and the Trump Campaign.

OK, there were contacts, but Trump didn't have any deals with Russia.

OK, Trump had deals with Russia, but it's not like there were meetings with Russian intelligence agents.

OK, There were meetings with Russian intelligence agents, but Trump didn't know about them.

OK, Trump knew, but nothing came of them, so there was no collusion.

OK, some people in the campaign colluded, but Trump specifically didn't collude. <-- You are here.

OK, Trump colluded, but collusion is not a crime.

Getting close to the end now...

Man! I can't believe you guys didn't all know this: President Trump cleared this all up last week. The case has been solved and the thread can now officially be retired. We can go back to talking about wetsuits

Trump colluded with the Russians to get dirt on Hillary.

Hillary, the DNC (and possibly Obama's administration) colluded with the Russians to get dirt on Trump.

    The difference?

    1) Trump's team met personally with several Russians. Hillary and the DNC did not.

Instead, Hillary and the DNC paid some slimy private investigation firm to let loose a sleazy British ex-intel flunky to create a biased dossier in order to justify a FISA warrant so the FBI, weaponized by a dirty AG, could spy on Trump.

    2) Trump (or his team) were somehow able to find out that the Russians had hacked into idiot Podesta's e-mail ("password" lol) and used Wikileaks as a middleman to release all the dirty little facts about Hillary to the American public.

Hillary and her flunkies, particularly the lamestream media, leaked a bunch of salacious garbage from the sham dossier (peeing on Russian hookers lol), none of which could be verified.

Trump's information, released by Assange, possibly tilted the election for Trump, while Hillary's TMZ gossip was only seen as fact by the drooling liberal masses like Drillbutt and Fungi.

Hey Drillbutt. I bet that really burns your cooter, doesn't it? The fact that a moron like Trump and his inbreeding hillbilly voter base beat the pantsuit off of that shrill and her so-called "educated" base. You're still all menstrual about it, without a doubt.

As an aside, because TSLA has been yapped about in this treade by several of ZElon's fan buoys, this company is going down:

In premarket trading, Tesla shares were 7% lower following the announcement.

The exact number of employees affected by the cuts wasn’t immediately clear but could be as high as 3,400. The company had about 49,000 workers at the end of last year, including part-time and contract workers.

The layoffs follow a workforce reduction of 9% in June last year as the company looked to cut costs during a make-or-break period as it tried to increase production of the Model 3 after months of delays. The compact sedan is Mr. Musk’s bet that Tesla can evolve from a niche luxury player into an auto maker offering a more affordable car to the mainstream buyers.

That effort, however, has been hampered by Tesla’s inability to offer the car at the long-promised price of $35,000. The least-expensive version starts at $44,000, after Tesla lowered prices of all of its vehicles by $2,000 in early January.

Musk is losing Uncle Sugar's tax breaks for electric vehicles. Now he has to compete in The Real World. And, as predicted, it looks like he cannot.

At the time, Tesla said it was doing so to help make the cars more affordable as the U.S. federal tax credit for buyers of electric vehicles phases out this year. That credit had been worth $7,500 last year.

“The need for a lower priced variants of Model 3 becomes even greater on July 1, when the U.S. tax credit again drops in half, making our car $1,875 more expensive, and again at the end of the year when it goes away entirely,” Mr. Musk said in the memo.

Yup. But really, that is a shame--his cars are nice, and the right way to go, ecologically speaking. I would hope he succeeds, but smoking pot news, etc, hurt Tesla from investor point of view. That was a dumb move on his part. He has set the stage to fail. I hold no Tesla stocks, and will not ever.

We are rooting against American companies and innovation now? Correction, this thread has now reached a new low point.

Now he has to compete in the real world? Have you seen the subsidies oil companies get?

Here's a thought, let's pull all subsidies for new tech, then let China innovate us right out of the electric car market, and then we can buy cars from them.
