But isn’t it only in cases where the mother is in danger or the baby will be severely deformed/non-functioning? You can’t actually just decide to abort a full term baby, can you? What doctor would actually do that? I am asking because I don’t know.
I bet people asked these same questions before Roe v Wade. And now we have nearly a million babies being aborted every year. Its a slippery slope. Adoption should always be the only option, or just call it what it is...murder.
You think abortions only started happening because it became legal? Overturning rowe v. wade just means there will be more risky, unregulated, back-room abortions, not preformed by physicians, or people traveling outside of the USA to get them.
By 'The Left' do you mean Kathy Tran of Virginia's House of Delegates? Is this person now 'The Left'? More context on this here -> https://www.nytimes.com/2019/02/01/...l?action=click&module=Opinion&pgtype=Homepage

The Democrat party is in need of reform. Big time. I don't even recognize them anymore. I saw Michael Bloomberg on tv the other day, basically scolding the Democrats for being too far left, too radical. If a gun grabbing, big government liberal like Bloomberg is sounding the alarm, then you know there's a problem. A friend texted me this week: "I used to vote for Democrats, but I can't see myself voting for them again. They're not like the old Democrats, they're radicals." -- JPower
You would think that with the sheer number of contraceptives available to women (often free), that the number of abortions would be considerably lower. unless this country gets wrapped up in a period of Puritanism, don't expect to see Roe vs. Wade overturned. Ever.
More & more women in power. Lib women. Pink pussy hat wearing women. Women who don't believe in the Constitution / due process. Women who firmly believe they are victims their entire lives simply because they have a vagina. Women who hate men, particularly Caucasian males. I concur: Roe v. Wade overturned exactly never.
With all these folks in the running, who knows, the dems may get their own Trump-esque personality. Who has the most popular reality show on TV right now? My money is on whoever that is.
Harris fought to keep marijuana criminalized in California and resisted efforts to deprioritize the arrest of nonviolent drug offenders. She also pushed to send parents of high school students to jail for having more than three unexcused absences in a year, intervened myriad times on behalf of dirty prosecutors, and lobbied to keep using an execution method that the courts had deemed unconstitutional. reason.com
