I was psyched yesterday when I put two and two together and realized I had off and this would be the first swell in a month...

    Now, not so much.

Looks like it's moving into sunday. Maybe by tomorrow it will be Sunday evening, clean and shoulder high?

the wind is forecasted to blow pretty hard off shore so i'm guess that's what is going to knock the swell down a few feet.

Still looks to be a rideable wave in VB on Sunday... Crossing my fingers. There could be some fun leftovers in northern Hatteras on Monday.

    next weekend...

Don't worry about this week because we might need to start prepin' up for next weekend...still to early to tell what the wind will do but it seems there might be a serious groundswell sitting on top of us. maps say DOH but i have no idea whether it will clean up or whether its even accurate because its to far in the future.

Yes, barrels. This storm is packin some heat! The forcast is pretty damn accurate, and on certain swells my beach picks its up better/worse at each break. So i wouldnt be suprised at all to see barrels at that right spot. But hey, its still two days out, who knows!
