Rhode Scholar, do you know what that means or where it comes from??
General Cecil Rhodes was "Governor General" during Victorian times for the British colony soon to be called Rhodesia. Rhodesia was important for 2 things: gold and diamond mines. General Rhodes FORCED black males to work the mines, at gunpoint. Those that did not comply were executed. The remaining billions of dollars, upon the Generals death, was made into a fund for scholarships for whites only, to a one year fellow-ship at Oxford. Blacks need not apply, until recently. Today, Rhodesia is called Zimbabwe, the country that executed most of the British descendant white farmers when the blacks took back the country, by force, under Mugabe. Small wonder....
The scholarships fund is the best example of "blood-money" I have ever seen. It is a very corrupt fund right from its origin, and remains so today. Not surprised they took in Clinton - he fits their admittance requirements.

I am never impressed when someone says...."he went to Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar.".
No true scholar would accept the fellowship.

Dems still in control of the house so not much of substance will be happening for the next year and a half. Trump had 2 years to GSD when the reps had the keys to the kingdom, but he largely squandered his time. I'm betting they wished they had rewritten the rules of asylum, or done something (anything) on immigration, maybe a wall or two, but they didn't.

I'm at least glad he appears to not be sharing our state secrets with the Pute, that would have been an actual real disaster for our country.

It'll be tough to "overhaul" our immigration laws, particularly asylum, while the dems have the majority in the House. It's a non-starter.

At this point, even adding a few miles to the existing fencing would be a win for Trump and his constituency.

In the early 1980’s the Fed Govt told the CIA to open their books for audit or they would defund them. The CIA said “ok”, we don’t need your money anyway.
No one knows their budget or assets. Employees are paid by the fed, and most CIA employees are accountants, overseeing their money. Most of their operating money comes from patents they own through dummy corps. (Think cell phone, GPS, etc..).
They are above the Govt in every regard.
