not a chance. but her AOC and rashida talib are pulling the democratic party so far to the extremes that they will never stand a chance in a general election.
Anything is possible now that DJT has become President. She's a female Muslim, a minority, and apparently "supports" gay rights (yeah right) and she's feisty, a Democrats wet dream. She may never be President, but you can't take any chances with this lunatic.
What's so hard to believe? Have you not been paying attention? Straight white Christian men are the lowest form of human these days. She checks all of the boxes that the Democrats deem worthy to show how virtuous and inclusive they all are.
Dude they couldn't get a white woman elected running against a pathological liar. You think they would have better luck with a muslim woman? I don't see the logic there
Hillary didn't check enough boxes maybe? lol, she's white and she ran against another white person, plus she was a terrible candidate and DJT ran a superior campaign. Look guys, I'm not seriously thinking she's going to be President, but after DJT getting elected, everybody thinks they can be President. With the Dems going so far left it's not entirely impossible to think someone like her could get elected. Identity politics is real and anything can happen. My point in all this is to not let her stick around too long or she will gain power, if not president, a higher position of influence, and that is bad.
The Dems are doing their best to get Trump a second term. They are weak and stupid and playing to Trumps strengths - divide and conquer. I don't see one credible candidate among their field of 20.
I saw an interview with John Delaney yesterday and he seemed to have a better strategy than most of the Dems. He is going to try and be a Centrist or just to the left of Center. He believes in capitalism being a business owner / entrepreneur himself. His policies seem to be more moderate and that will make a lot of folks in the middle feel comfortable with him. Whether or not that's how he'll govern is another story, but that's what he's selling. He came off a lot better than the radical left candidates. Not saying he has a chance, but I'd take him over most of the other Dem candidates if I had to choose just based on what I heard yesterday, which isn't enough to make a decision, just sayin. Also watch out for Howard Shultz, he's shooting for the Center too, he feels abandoned by the Democrats and is someone to watch. The likelihood of a 3rd party candidate winning is very slim, but I think if it's ever going to happen, it's in 2020, due to so many people just being sick of the back and forth fight of the two party system.
You say politics have changed so much but we very well could end up with Trump and Bernie or Biden debating for POTUS. A couple white borderline octogenarians....so pretty much the same as it's always been
And that very well may be the case in the upcoming election, but it's getting closer and closer to that not being the case in the future.
