    Hey guys! Looks like you've had quite a ride lately, and it doesn't look like it's been much fun for you. I just wanted you to know I am the new admin on the SwellInfo team, and I'm going to do my best to get some things caught up and get you some information. I'm really sorry you have been floating along solitary for a while. We've had some admin team changes that haven't gone as smoothly as one might like. But I'm here now, and I will do my best!

    Posting in this forum area means you have some sort of technical issue you need help with. I will receive an email for every post made here, which will help me stay organized and respond as efficiently as possible. I aim to respond within 24-48 hours, maybe a bit longer over a holiday weekend. You may see other mods answering in here, too, which is just fine, as well. They may see your post before I do.

    OK, now I am going to go through a few of the issues that have been posted and move then over here, so I can get started for you guys.

    Yes bud please get the 4cast up rolling again. This is the only site that reliably forecasts the ec (somewhat).THANKS!

    Hi Admin! It appears my forecast is not working for Belmar, NJ. I am not sure if anyone else is having these issues, I only check the forecast for Belmar. Anyway, could you give me a time frame for when I will be able to check the forecast for Belmar?

    Thanks for coming on board and updating us Glen. I’m guessing it’s not just the Texas Coast that’s down but all forecasts? God speed on getting everything back up and running!

    Hello Team,

    I am afraid this issue is effecting everybody, I am looking into it to see how and how fast it can be fixed. I live in Florida part-time and the rest of the year I am in Ecuador, I love both worlds. I will see what can be done mods, thank you so much for all your patience!

    Hi Glen, I just noticed your "intro post" and wanted to just make sure we're all clear here: This forecast has not been working anywhere, for anyone, since June. It was assumed SwellInfo itself was dying. Are you saying that is not the case, and that there really is work being done to fix the forecasting on this site and the app? Please confirm that there is intent to make this thing work again. Actually, its strange that you popped in and introduced yourself as admin and seemingly did not know that SwellInfo itself was broken (except the forums). Thanks!

    Hello wrightcoaster,

    The techs are aware that the forecast section of the site is not functioning, we have them working on the issue to see what caused it to stop functioning. Until they find a cause and report back to me I cannot make any guarantees.

    We have to see what the techs determine, thank you.

    Thanks Glen, good to hear there is a glimmer of hope. This is the best forecasting site/app. Please fix so life can return to normal.

    Sounds like it’s a task that has got the tech guys scratching their heads.

    Must be a very serious problem?

    Sure hope they can find the glitch.
