Not one dread on this storm????..... Lame..... 10-12 feet at the north end of Cocoa Beach (Cherie Down Park). Watched some Kiter's hitting it hard. These guys were way, way outside and catching 10-15 sec air time. Winds heavy NE, random bands from Dorian throwing sideways rain. Belmar's gonna be 23" on Thursday! Staying in the new house 3 blocks from the beach. Heads up Yankees, surf might be comin' ur way.....(PS, I know the difference between " & '.)
it's been a bit disorganized chest to overhead. had over a handful sessions out on folly, all over the island with a couple fishes and a LB at one time. legs are spent, lil rash on the thi's. pig dogging. working today, gonna miss the evening so i took to it at DP at the washout and had a handful. we on the beach too, gonna be interesting. roomie made turkey chili, so should be ok
one of the longer lasting hurricanes i've been a part of. steady wind gusts, downpours of rain. surprisingly didn't flood (except dwntn) and power on folly stayed on all but for an hour unlike places off the beach. it felt like a shtty wknd, and i'm about to go into a nice wknd. not too shabby
