Just drove to work on the Parkway and from Somers Point heading North I was behind an idiot in a green small pickup driving with a longboard in a boardbag sticking half way out of the bed of the truck unsecured with the leash trailing behind. The bed of his truck was short so nearly half of the board was hanging beyond the tailgate. Traffic was moving at nearly 80 when I noticed his board was beginning to levitate due to the wind hitting the board and the drag his leash was creating. At times the board went from perhaps a 30 degree angle to nearly parallel to the ground teetering on the tailgate if that helps you get the picture. I got off on the next exit and this moron continued on. I hope he doesn't kill someone or cause an accident. WTF!!!!
