    The Girls love it!
It's my best pick up line at the bar.
"i got coke at my house"
Then they get all hot and start taking off their clothes.

I don't know why you and everyone is trying to dissuade me from enjoying my 30's

The fastest way to get rid of the heartburn is to take some calcium AND salt. Your body isn't making enough hydrochloric acid in your stomach.

For panic attacks there are two ways to physiologically shift your heart rate lower:
Method #1: squeeze like you've got a stuck poo in your ass (or your pushing your boyfriend outta your love-hole, depending on your preference)

Method #2: stick your face in bucket or sink full of ice-cold water

Both of those methods will slow down your heart via your vagus nerve.

Stress and caffeine. Eliminate them both.

Panic Attacks feel like a heart attack. The reasons are complex. Once your doc rules out thyroid problem and mitral valve prolapse, buy this workbook to eliminate your panic attacks (and reduce caffeine to about 4 oz a daY)
    https://www.amazon.com/Mastery-Your-Anxiety-Panic-Treatments/dp/0195311345/ref=sr_1_6?crid=EE2JMVN7IDRC&dchild=1&keywords=mastering+your+anxiety+and+panic+workbook&qid=1624824356&sprefix=Mastering+your+pani,aps,183&sr=8-6

This workbook is worth its weight in gold

If the attacks are severe, find a good psychiatrist of meds until treatment kicks in. Then go see a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist for Cognitive Behvioral Thereapy. Interview several until you find the one you can work with. Only about 30% of psychologists are not mediocre. You might not need meds with a psychiatrist, so make the appointment, which is usually a wait since there is a national shortage; show up for that appt even if you are well. You are now a patient of record and if you need to get in, you won’t have to wait another 3 months.

Ask around who is a good psychiatrist: Call PCP offices and ask whom they refer to. Most Psychiatrist are mediocre to fair, but many are quite good

That steroidal injection may have been a good quick fix--or longer--but be wary of a continuing regimen as it eats away the fundamentals of your spine.

Update on hernia surgery. I'm at 5 days into recovery and I'm feeling great.
All the tenderness is gone and I'm up and doing stuff like mowing with my walk behind. Biking and walking around like a champ.

Must be super lucky. Didn't take any pain meds either. Just didn't need em.
    Anyhow. Not gonna surf yet

    Glad to hear that, man!

F*** pain meds! Anything stronger than advil makes me more ill than it's worth.

Yep. It's a ghost plant and the strongest natural pain reliever in northern or north America .
    Be carefully when dosing brother.

Update on week 2 exactly 14 days after hernia surgery the Dr said I'm good to go with no restrictions. I asked what about surfing ( and he's a surfer) and he said get on it! Of course there's no waves today and I'm headed to the gulf tomorrow until Sunday. Go figure

i just got a cheese grater for my feet. Holy Moly. Looks like shop class took place in my bathroom. I feel different.

My advise is if you don't have one, go get a cheese grater for your feet. have the shop vac ready.

sadly, i understand the need for this. this procedure will be oddly satisfying for you and yet horrifying to others in your house. tool of choice is the microplane premium zester-grater.
