Towelie is good we talk all the time. Politics killed this place more than anything. If you want half of what's left of the board you can play member berries and check mo stoke, but it's more like mo stroke(I mean the brain kind).
You answered your own question. More money. This place died the day micah sold it. Then the idiots who allow politicians to live rent free in their skulls and can't have a non-political conversation drove the final nails into the coffin.

What's up y'all? I haven't popped in over here in a while. I have been chatting over at mo stoke. I forgot that a lot of people never went over. Yes, this site used to be the best. Micah generating ad revenue by our 10,000 reloads per day. The beginning of the end was "Shark Hunter".... And what put me over the edge wasn't the fact that Micah sold the site. The real shame was that he sold the site to a group that lacked the knowledge or coding skills to maintain the forecasting tools on the site. And that, to be truthful is what really brought us together. A bunch of mostly east coast surfers, starving for waves and trying to get the best forecasts available. When I checked SI day after day, month after month just to see grey bars and incorrect days, I just finally gave up.... It is good to hear from ya'll though. I will try and make a point to check in more often. Remember the Ad Lib thread years ago? It went on about 100 pages.
