If no one buys it, that might be possible. I could really use the cash to pay for a new sign...

I would be all over that but the wife wouldnt like it in her living room. If I can arange a tow truck I would take it off your hands

Only if the Natty Light flag come with it

Doesnt necessarily have to go in the living room, winters over soo it will be used just as much outside. Natty flag, Pirate flag & Marley blanket not included!!

for anyone that wants it, i will de construct and re construct at your place. i cut and drilled it together in 6 hours.. There is no way its getting out the sliding door in less than 3 pieces. Also, i would invest in 1 sheet of masonite ($20)

come people i really need this out by friday

That is really cool. I can't see the problem with that, looks like a big room and they have your security deposit. I wish I could buy that for my son, but can't, someone one buy it!

we live in a condo. the condo association "feels scared for their safety"

We are no longer aloud there this summer and must be out in 2 months.

I'm a realtor/landlord and am just curious if your lease is month to months or a annual lease? If annual when is it up? Does it state in your lease that you can't have a half pipe in your living room? If not, tell your landlord that when/if you renew they can put that change in the lease. Otherwise you are entitled to free enjoyment of the house.

Tell me about the sign. Where was the sign? What was the sign? If your landlord can't prove that you or one of your guests broke it while being negligent then it is not your responsibility to pay for it. She can try to take it from your deposit when your lease is up but you could fight that and win.

1 year lease last may 15 to to this may 15. She said 2 months ago we could go month to month for the summer. (revoked that)

She knew about the ramp and said " when i come to brig in the summer you have to let my son skate it" Then after our party she said "the ramp is too much of a liability"

    The Sign situation:
A partygoer was outside in the middle of the main road walking around drunk. This kid is a friend and i highly doubt he broke the sign. so cops are questioning him outside, everyone freaks out, i walk outside talk to the cop.
i say listen this is my friend hes crashing at my place tonight, please let him go ill make sure he goes to bed.
cop says you know the signs broken, looks like your freind did it.
i say did you see him, he said no, i said not my problem, took him inside.
(first off cops an idiot b.c the DOB he gave made him 20....)

next morning another cop comes (with the condo association) and says these people say your freinds broke the sign last night.

I said no, my friend said he did not, shut the door on him.

Got a call the next day (monday) my landlord is getting charged the sign replacement from the condo association and passing the fee along to us.....

i wrote this pretty quick, prolly dont make sense but try to make the best of it

Condo associations are brutal and usually water tight from a legal standpoint. I went through hell with one for about 3 years and vowed never to live in that situation again. Unfortunately its your word against the cop/condo assoc, but since you're not the owner - let them deal with it. The condo assoc contract is between them and your landlord. You're just the liability in this case, but if she has any security deposit from you - she can easily deduct it from that.

ahhh security deposit. that one was gone when my roomate threw his skateboard at the sliding back door....
were just gonna chip in (6 roomates) and split the cost. shouldnt be more then 30 bills each.
