Xgen70- So your calling the locals asses for telling people to get out of the water? That's Brave!! So who in particular are you calling an ass ? Be a MAN I want names!! Maybe you are salty because you were told to leave. Did you ever think it may be because you don't belong there!! I know your kind.. drive an hour and a half to get to the inlet, been coming there for about ten years and consider yourself local... The real locals were the people that were born and raised in the surrounding beach towns, and as groms were dropped off at the inlet by their parents, or gained the respect from the older guys, and were lucky enough to get rides from them, and to this day are still out at southside in their 30's and 40's.

Wallysurfr- What's this free country babble.. I'd like to see you try paddling out somewhere out of your NJ comfort zone, and sitting with a pack of locals. They always know exactly who the outsiders are. Plenty of beatdowns happen under the radar without the authorities ever knowing or getting involved. (ex. Bra boys in oz, or Da Hui at Pipe, The Santa Cruz Boys, or the crew at dumps) It's happened time and time again.. Come to Southside and see just how much Say we have, and we do have the authority in sheer numbers to literally chase you out of the water, and parking lot, sending you running with your tail between your legs all the way back to the ferry.

Remember the movie the hills have eyes? well down here, the sand dunes have eyes.

P.S to the v.b boys we have no reason to go to the First St. Jetty so leave southside to the De. crew
