How can i cure my BOARD RASH?

I 'm getting board rash on my stomach and chest all the time. Besides taking a few days off, does anyone have tips?

    Thanks

Neosporin, Any lotion with aloe in it, Hydrocortizone cream. Either or should help.

rub some dirt on it and get back in the game!!

vaseline on the rubbing spots pre-surf works well too

Holy crap, rubbing alcohol, lemon juice, and salt??... sounds brutal! Stick with vaseline. Cheap and extremely effective.

Neosporin works great... Use a rashguard and save yourself the hassle as well as protect yourself from skin cancer down the road.

Definately wear a rashguard and a hi SPF suntan lotion. I have a nice, new 4 inch scar on my back from removal of a Basal cell skin cancer. All those years of floating around out there with no shirt caught up with me.

Removing the tampon is a good start. Urination is the way to go!

    That is frakking hilarious.

(That cocktail will be equally helpful for kitchen burns.)

Wear protective clothing. In addition make a salve out of Vitamin E, Olive oil and Aloe Vera. Apply this at night in addition to periodically during the day.
DO NOT try the alcohol, lemon juice and salt suggested by someone. Unless of course you want to go screaming
    in pain.
    Hope this helps. Good luck.
