het guys, im looking for some reviews or info on "dane reynolds two piece flat pad" i had the same one, but it was komunity when dane rode for them, i know i like 2 piece and no arch, but how about the glue? thats my biggest concern... Im worried that ci just all of sudden making these things, they wouldnt use the best materials... If you guys know of any other 2 piece flat pads that are good let me know...... thanks

Hey, I bought one of these my for my wide-tailed quad because I had shaped it myself and the shaper who helped me out wrote something cool on the stringer, so I didn't want it to be covered up.

Actually, the foam used is pretty thick compared to other traction pad foams, And I've surfed with it maybe half a dozen times and there seems to be no signs of future glue failure.

There isn't an arch though, so you may find your foot losing traction sometimes, but you'll get used to it.

Works better than his first pad..But Christian Fletcher Astrodeck is my fav super tacky good tail kick never come off or tear never have to touch it with wax.

good, i like what you 2 both said, and i love flat archs, it makes it easier for me to shove my foot against the kicktail.

I'm sorta front footed, so my back foot usually needs the arch to give me leverage since it's not back as far.

But I hope the pad works for you! Good traction pads always get me stoked, especially since they're like 35 friggen bucks!
