12 Grade English I believe he is using the literary element of satire, to make a mockery and bash the current system as Jonathan Swift uses in his baby eating essay "A Modest Proposal". I learned this in my ever so valuable 12th British Literature class, if i can learn this while i day dream of clean sets breaking just miles away, I believe theirs still hope for you. But for real this oil ish is beat.. i might geek out if they expand to the mid-atlantic.
