I use Body Glide its an anti -chafe balm. Rub it on all the spots that are prone to rash. I used to get rashes all the time from wetsuits to rash guards and boardies. No more with Body Glide. You can get it online or from any sport store. its says its for sun protection and has an spf 25. Dont put it on your face though. It also works when you already have a rash for extra protection.

You should urinate on your rash prior to going for a surf. It should clear up in a day or two.

Try wearing a tampon in the water. That might help!
