Hey, I'm goin on a cruise with the family and wanted to know if I should even bring my surfboard along. The ship's goin to San Juan, Peurto Rico; Charlotte something on St. Thomas and Philipsburg St. Marteen. I was just hopin you guys could fill me in on whether or not there is any spots there because this is my first trip there. But if there isn't, don't feel bad for me because the ship has got a flowrider so i can just take my lack of waves anger out on that.
you should bring your board. My dad is in St. Martin now and he said that the locals were saying the surf has been very big lately ________ Sativa Strains
Charlotte Amalie on St Thomas. I saw some great waves on St Thomas when I was there a few weeks ago. I was too nervous to do much exploring but when I was landing the view of the surf was impressive.
cruise ship surf ??? there is surf on all the islands you are going to....if possible you should try to get to PR and day or two early...the are some spots very close to the airport and cruise ship terminal...St. Thomas has surf at Hull Bay....its a 15 min paddle...but you can score small barrels when its on...St. Marteen, ran by the French, don't bother asking for their help, the place on St. Marteen is Gallion Bay, hook up with the folks on the cruise who run the sports activities they can point you in the right direction. TAKE YOUR BOARD, so you don't get there and wish you did.
November is probably when we'll go, and wat do u know, Transworld Surf just put out an article on San Juan surfing. Guess I'm bringin it.
