so i just moved from james island to mt. pleasant. I was surfing at folly all the time, but since i moved i've been trying to go to isle of palms. i was just wondering if anyone had any ideas of some good places to try because the few times i've been out there, it's been garbage. i've tried the pier (a dock) and also down by about 25th street. i went out there this morning because it said it was supposed to be chest - shoulder at folly and it was at most waist high at IOP. so...anyone have any hints (i know people don't like to give their spots away) or should i just make the drive over to folly to have some good surf. you can pm me if you don't want to post on here.
i lived at isle of palms for 3 years and rarely surfed there, i always took the long drive to washout, bigger and better shape
