its ok. its good if you got it on clearance. i have the 3/2. has taped seams, ok flex, seams to be restricting around the elbows. I get neck chafe when i wear it a lot. next time im going to get the psycho. i got mine for 150 though so thats not bad

The psycho is a much better suit overall. Step up from the Heat. I've been wearing the psycho 2. 4/3. If cost is a factor though maybe you're ok but the Heat may not be as good in colder conditions. JohnnyU. use ultra glide for chaffing on the neck. Huge difference. I have to use it with the psycho too. Especially when it gets colder.

DaMook, the Oneill Heat 4/3 is a good wetsuit, my brother in Santa Cruz Cali swears by his. HSS surf shop online had it on sale for $190 a few weeks back otherwise at $255, not a bad wetsuit. (may be 2009 model or newer 2010).

I have an Oneil Epic ll 3/2 (2009 model) $140, a good wetsuit for the money. I have used it to 58 degrees, the 4/3 Oneill Epic ll is about $160. The Heat may be better in the 40 degree range colder water. I may get the Heat 4/3 also.

    service

Bought an Oniell heat about 4 years. I had the 4/3 and I wore it the entire winter in OCMD. Kept me warm. Flexibility for the newer suits is much better. THe best thing with oniell is everytime I sent it back to make repairs for worn spots etc... they did it free of charge, no questions asked and no charge for shipping it back. I haven't gotten that kind of service from rip curl or quicksilver.
