I have been looking for a few years for a 8' - 8' 2" Epoxy mini long board. Round nose. My problems are that I want it to be STRONG epoxy like three phase or something stronger. Not like the 1/16" thick epoxy boards searved up on the internet that break if you look at them wrong. My Southpoint could withstand a hammer. My other problem is that I want the deck and bottom to be solid bright blue or emerald green in color and polished. Does anyone know where I might find something like this? Or will I have to have it made. Willing to spend upwards of $500.

The specifications are not that hard - except maybe the color. And I may need to have it shaped to get the color I want but I figure not more than $850.

We have @ least 6 blue 8' epoxy/EPS baby longboards on the floor now for around $500. 2 different shapes, 1 a little hotter and 1 a little wider & thicker. Pretty sure there is one across the river in Tybee at High Tide SS. Call 843 449 4433 and I'll give you the lowdown.

Sounds too good to be true.

I have been to the shop you speak of many times and I have never seen any 3 phase epoxy boards in the color I want. I can't even find them in California. But I have not been there this year so I will call.
    Thank you.

Jamie does some real nice work, he's been building boards since the early 80's as his livelyhood- not a backyard guy. He can make you a sweet single density EPS epoxy stick with a cedar stringer. Good luck finding someone to make a custom PVC sheet foam, stringerless, compression molded, prepreg laminated board like the Global Surf industries Walden magic made at the Cobra factory in Thailand (what they call "3 phase"). Those are a really good product, light and very durable. Call Mikey Rawlings at Ocean Surf on Folly Beach, they get Global boards and could possibly order one for you. If you are ever in the Long Bay stop by our shop on 63rd N in Myrtle. We have 350 boards on the floor (more in the warehouse) and several epoxy 8 footers for you to demo if you like, even an 8' blue /green fade hot rod log gently used that came in trade last weekend (try before you buy).We even have a Firewire funboard or 2 (but not to demo). Or we can build a custom one in the shape shack in the back with your family crest and beer cooler if you like.
    Shop phone is 843 449 4433.
