I hear some of the locals are known for territorial pissing. Any of you guys going down around frisco pier this weekend? If so, how are the locals?
Frisco predators The fishermen on the pier are downright lethal, not to mention the police that ticket your car.
There are plenty of places to surf in Frisco alone, as long as you dont mind closeouts breaking a 1/2 mile out.
the frisco pier has been closed for well over a year and is virtually gone,broken into at least four different sections by Hurricane Earl. The whole southside is very fickle and apparently not very often good when it has any size. i find it better on small days. the paddle can be terrible,too. saturday Danielle was dangerous unless you had good sense;i picked off a handful of inside shoulders and got out. it's not the call to hope for on a sizeable swell,at least from my very limited experience and the way the local surfers talk.
